These terms apply to your use of the Quantum Link website (the "site") operated by Quantum Link Pty Ltd. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Pricing & offers
Prices shown on the site (including shoot and Social Media Management pricing, and any spin-to-win or promotional offers) are indicative and for general information only. They are not an offer capable of acceptance. Shoot pricing shown applies to clients on our Social Media Management plan; standalone work is quoted separately. Your final scope and price are confirmed in writing before any work begins. Promotional codes are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
2. Our guarantee
Our "pay-only-if-you're-happy" guarantee means that if you're not genuinely satisfied with the work we deliver under an agreed engagement, you are not required to pay for that work. The specific terms of the guarantee for your project are set out in your engagement agreement. This guarantee sits alongside, and does not limit, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, design, graphics, video and the Quantum Link name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Quantum Link and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
6. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites (such as Instagram). We're not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
7. No warranty & liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy or availability of the site and are not liable for any loss arising from its use, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
